Our Philosophy

At O.Y.M., our mission is simple: we show up for our boys — consistently, intentionally, and with purpose. We give young men the support and community they need to grow into confident, disciplined leaders.

 

Who We Serve

We mentor boys ages 7–17 through a community‑based model that meets them in their schools, neighborhoods, and everyday lives.

 

How We Do It

Weekly circles, community meetups, Providence Golf Club experiences, mentor training, and ongoing development for the men who serve.

 

What Our Boys Experience

Weekly Circles

Leadership, peer mentoring, and confidence‑building in groups of 5-15boys, supported by trained staff and mentors at a 5:1 ratio.
